"Nissia" is situated on the sea front, at Kounoupitsa,  five hundred meters from Dapia, the center of Spetses. Spetses are accesible by sea, via hydrofoil/catamaran from Piraeus (approx. 2-3 hrs) or by car, via the mainland of Peloponese (180 km - 2.5-3 hrs) and then by sea taxi from the coast of Costa (5 min) or the small ferry (15 min).  The car stops at the coast of Costa as no private cars are allowed on the island.
